Hey y’all! 🙌🏽 Some time ago I created a playlist on Spotify containing all my top picks. I’ve been playing these tracks on the daily and each song on the list captivates me still!

I first heard Oceans on Instagram whilst scrolling through reels that came up on my feed. This is one of those songs that you hear 5 seconds of and you’re gasping at how beautiful it sounds.
Hold Me Close is my latest release and both the melody and its touching lyrics will move you. It fits perfectly within this playlist and so I believe it deserves to have a spot. It’s lyrics are a statement made not just to a loved one, but also to one’s self. “Hold me close, I’m not your enemy” is possibly one of my favourite lines. For me personally, this holds such a strong meaning… A blog post will soon be in the making where I will reveal what’s behind the lyrics of this track.
“So will you wait for me, my evergreen?” This song is an awesome track to listen to. From the background harmonies to the lyrics and the refreshing beat, Evergreen is one of my top picks on this playlist.
I’ve hear Glimpse of Us by Joji during my grocery shopping with my boyfriend. This song as a whole is very captivating and as soon as I heard it play, I immediately got out my phone and shazamed it! This is something different than what we usually hear on mainstream radio and I’m very glad that I encountered this release.
Minke is an artist I’ve never heard of until not long ago. I came across Elsewhere on Spotify some time ago whilst listening to random music and I just cannot stop listening to it!
This song takes me back to the 90’s-2000s and if you’re a fan of TLC and Destiny’s Child like me, you’re gonna be dancing to this! FLO is bringing us something we’ve been missing so badly, and I’m here for it.
